She.is.beautiful is an inspiring, uplifting, and welcoming space for humans to come together to sweat their story in all the seasons of life. We are dedicated to staying fluid and evolving to serve our local and global community. We are built from a foundation of love, joy, resiliency, and compassion and will stand united on our journey towards our best selves.
She.is.beautiful is an annual 10k/5k walk/run fundraiser for which Walnut Avenue Family & Women’s Center has been a beneficiary for over 10 years! Every March, participants of all genders, ages, and physical ability make the walk or run along East Cliff in Santa Cruz to raise money and have an excuse to enjoy the ocean and sunshine outside with a whole community of people.
“Are only women allowed to participate?”
Nope! Folks of all genders are welcome!
“I’m not much of a runner. May I participate anyway?”
Please do! Walk or run at whatever pace is best for your body. This is meant to be fun, not stressful.
“I’m disabled. Can I still participate?”
